Terms and Conditions

  1. These Terms and Conditions form part of the service or services subscribed to provided by Allness.
  2. Allness will provide the service to the customer for the period that is paid for in advance. If this is not possible a refund for the remaining period of service may be given. This excludes terminations of account as outlined by the rest of our terms and conditions.
  3. Allness reserve the right to terminate any accounts, at any time, as deemed by Allness staff, where the user has made inappropriate or unreasonable use of any of the Allness services or fails to keep up with fees required for ongoing subscription and services.
  4. Allness take no responsibility for any information loaded to our customers' accounts. We do not have the time or inclination to police your data. If it is brought to our attention, by the proper authorities we will suspend service on accounts until any illegal data is removed.
  5. Allness is not responsible for any interruption of service, and accepts no liability for any loss of services, sales or any other form of loss including data or email but not limited to that maybe part of a subcription or service with Allness. You should maintain a backup of any data you have with Allness that is stored in an alternative location other than on Allness servers.
  6. We reserve the right to refuse to serve the materials of any existing user making inappropriate or unreasonable use of Allness services or an applicant whose planned web presence activities are deemed to have the potential of creating negative impact on Allness abilities to serve its customers.
  7. Inappropriate or unreasonable includes providing copyrighted, materials without authorization, providing obscene or offensive materials (e.g. pornographic materials), providing materials, whose nature and/or volume compromises the ability of Allness servers to serve other users' web presence, materials that violate the commonly accepted etiquette of the Internet or providing materials that are deemed by the government authorities as inappropriate or illegal. Any such government determinations will be binding on the user, not Allness.
  8. The customer will fully indemnify Allness against liability (of any nature), which may befall Allness as a result of the customer's legal or illegal use of the services.
  9. Any accounts that cause Allness servers to be attacked in any way will be suspended, pending a review of the account.
  10. Spamming or any type of UCE (Unsolicited Commercial E-mail), is strictly prohibited, and your account may or will be closed immediately if you are found to be doing so.
  11. Any accounts that exceed the agreed bandwidth limit will be charged at £2.50 per 1Gb over the agreed limit or part thereof.
  12. Allness reserves the right to alter these terms of conditions at anytime and without notice.
  13. Complaints in respect to the service provided to the customer by Allness must be made in writing.
  14. All subscriptions and renewals of services are the responisibility of you. We cannot and will not be held responsible for loss of service, registration or earnings due to lapse of registration, subscription or service. A reconnection fee of £50+vat will be charged for any account suspended due to non or late payment. If after a period deemed by Allness that any data stored is not required due to non continued subscription it will be destroyed in accordance to any data protection legislation in force at the time.
  15. If Allness is found negligent in not providing the service subscribed to then the service subscribed too will be ceased with the liability not exceeding the calculated balance of monies paid for term remaining.
  16. The reselling or free access of any internet supply of services provided by Allness to you without express permission in writing from Allness is prohibited. This includes but not limited to any agreement that maybe in force between you and third parties.
  17. Refunds will be given at the discretion of Allness but can incur administration charges.
  18. If paying via a credit card process be aware that exchange rates between currencies may incur extra cost (exchange rate cost is approximately 2% above the daily mid-market rate). This charge is not under the control of Allness.
